Trying to gift 500 gems to my gf to play and I can't figure out how, any tips?

Hello there!

You can gift via the F2P with the bags of Crystals for example. Just need to create a char and leave the beginner area then you can trade with eachother. So she´ll have the crystals on her account when she used the bag and can buy the subscription via Website!
